Batching your content can seriously change your life.

RAISE YOUR HAND IF THIS IS YOU:

  • NOT SURE WHAT TO POST

  • GETTING FRUSTRATED BECAUSE YOU DON’T KNOW WHAT CONTENT TO CREATE

  • WAITING TILL THE LAST MINUTE TO THINK OF A POST SO YOU FEEL RUSHED

  • SPENDING A LOT OF TIME COMING UP WITH CONTENT AND CAPTIONS

  • WANTING TO STAY CONSISTENT BUT YOU CAN’T BE CAUSE OF TIME

  • NOT EVEN SURE WHERE TO START WHEN IT COMES TO CREATING CONTENT

What is batching, anyways?

I use Later, you can use Later, Planoly, or any other platform that fits your preferences this is just what I like to use. As you can see above I have all of February content filled in, when you click on the photo the captions as are also done as well. I take time at the end of each month to batch content for myself and my clients because I don’t have time every day to come up with content last minute and I am guessing you dont either! This way you get all done in a couple of hours and you are set for the full next month, and then what I like to do is if something comes up that month it’s easy to switch it out! I am telling you that batching will change your life, it will help with consistency and we all know that Instagram especially thrives on consistency and engagement!

Tips for next month:

  • Set aside a couple of hours

  • Pull together content for the whole next month either curated/or created.

  • Take time and type out all of your captions

  • Add hashtags to the post and you are set!

Ideas for One Month of Content:

  • Tell Your Story ( who are you behind the brand)

  • Morning Routine

  • Evening Routine
